01Scope and data controller

This Privacy Policy covers personal data processed through the kayaglobalco.com website, related panels and the mobile application (together, the "Services") operated by KAYA GLOBAL YAZILIM LOJİSTİK İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("KAYA GLOBAL", "we").

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), KAYA GLOBAL is the data controller. We are based in Mersin, Türkiye.

02Personal data we process

Depending on the nature of the Services, and only to the extent necessary, we may process the following categories of data:

Identity and contact details (e.g. name, username, phone, country/city).
Documents you provide for the Services or for legal obligations.
Technical data (e.g. IP address, browser/device information, session and login records).
Preferences (e.g. language) and your correspondence with us.

If you only browse our Services, we do not ask for personal data other than the technical data needed for sessions and security.

03Purposes of processing

Creating and managing your account and providing the Services.
Complying with legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities.
Answering your questions and providing notifications and support.
Aggregated, anonymous statistics to improve the Services.

04Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds listed in Article 5 of the KVKK: the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with our legal obligations, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, our legitimate interests provided they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and, where required, your explicit consent.

05Sharing of data

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared only in the following cases and to the extent necessary:

Competent public authorities and courts where required by law.

Our service providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye; in that case transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

06Retention

We keep personal data for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods set by applicable law. After that, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

07Cookies

We only use cookies that are necessary for the Services to work:

Session cookie — to keep you signed in.
"Remember me" cookie — if you select this option.
Language cookie — to remember your chosen language.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can delete cookies in your browser settings, but you may not be able to sign in without the necessary cookies.

08Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — such as encrypted connections (SSL), access authorisation, irreversible password storage and activity logs — to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

09Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom data is transferred; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met; to request that such actions be notified to third parties; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

10Children's privacy

Our Services are not intended for persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

11Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is published on this page with its last updated date.
