01Parties and scope

These Terms of Use govern the use of the kayaglobalco.com website, related panels, the mobile application and analysis tools (together, the "Services") operated by KAYA GLOBAL YAZILIM LOJİSTİK İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("KAYA GLOBAL"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these terms.

02Ownership of content

All texts, images, videos, software, analyses and other digital content in the Services are the property of KAYA GLOBAL and are protected by intellectual property, copyright and trademark laws in Türkiye and internationally.

03Permitted use

You may use our content under the following conditions:

• Attribution: KAYA GLOBAL's name and logo must be clearly cited as the source whenever content is used or quoted.
• Integrity: content must not be altered in a way that distorts its original meaning or structure.
• Respect for rights: use must not harm or misrepresent our trademarks, copyrights or company reputation.

04Prohibited use

The following are strictly prohibited without prior written permission from KAYA GLOBAL:

• Commercial reproduction, distribution or resale of our content.
• Modifying content in a way that misleads users or damages the brand.
• Unauthorised use of our logo, trademarks or brand identity.
• Any attempt to compromise the security of the Services, gain unauthorised access or overload the systems.

05Infringement procedure

In case of unauthorised use of our content, a written warning is first sent to the person or organisation; for repeated violations, up to three written warnings are sent. If the infringement continues despite the warnings, legal action is taken under intellectual property law.

06Risk warning

Crypto assets and investment products carry high risk. Before using the Services and making any investment decision, you should consider the following risks:

• Prices can fluctuate very sharply in a short time; you may lose part or all of the amount you invest.
• Past performance is not an indicator or guarantee of future results.
• Market liquidity, exchange or network disruptions, cyber attacks and technical failures may affect transactions.
• Legal and regulatory changes may affect the value and availability of crypto assets.

You should not invest money you cannot afford to lose.

07Not investment advice

Prices, charts, scores, analyses, compliance (halal) assessments, news and all other information in the Services (including analysis tools such as CoinScan) are for general information only. They are not personal investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a promise of returns.

You are responsible for your investment decisions. We recommend doing your own research and, where appropriate, consulting an independent professional before deciding.

08Limitation of liability

KAYA GLOBAL takes care to keep the information in the Services accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free, or that the Services will operate without interruption. To the extent permitted by applicable law, KAYA GLOBAL is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

KAYA GLOBAL may update these terms at any time. The current version is published on this page with its last updated date.

10Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Mersin, Türkiye have jurisdiction over any disputes.
